1. Service provider
Plereme is provided by Feline Labs LLC. Questions about accounts, billing, refunds, privacy, or support can be sent to [email protected].
2. What Plereme provides
Plereme is designed as a private assistant workspace. Request current access information; if invited, use the route and terms supplied with your access.
When an AI feature is available to your account, its output may be incorrect or incomplete. Review it before relying on it, especially for business, financial, legal, medical, security, or other high-impact decisions.
Availability information reviewed 5 October 2026; the Terms date above remains 24 August 2026.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Customers must provide accurate account and billing information, keep login credentials secure, and use Plereme only for lawful purposes. Customers may not use Plereme to abuse integrations, bypass rate limits, attack systems, generate illegal content, infringe rights, or process data they are not authorized to use.
Plereme is available only to people who are at least 13 years old. A customer who has not reached the age of legal majority where they live must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use Plereme and make a purchase.
4. Subscriptions and Sparks
This section applies to a purchase option shown to your account; it does not announce a current price or offer. Read the amount, currency, taxes, renewal and usage terms shown before confirming a purchase.
If a purchase is offered, terms depend on the checkout channel shown at confirmation. Apple-billed purchases are managed by Apple under its applicable terms. A purchase billed on the Plereme website uses the price and payment details displayed at checkout.
If a plan shown to your account includes Plan Sparks, those credits are used under the billing rules shown for that offer. Where a Spark add-on is offered, its quantity, price, payment channel, and applicable rules are shown before purchase.
Sparks are not cash, stored value, a bank account, or a transferable currency. Sparks can expire, cannot be transferred between customers, and do not unlock higher-tier features unless the plan itself includes them.
5. Cancellation
If you have an Apple-billed subscription, manage or cancel it through your Apple Account. Deleting Plereme or your account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. For a website-billed subscription, follow the cancellation control shown with that offer or contact [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals under the terms that accompanied your purchase.
6. Restoring App Store purchases
If you have an eligible Apple-billed purchase and a Plereme Apple build, use the restore instructions supplied with your current access. If restoration is uncertain, check the purchase status or contact support before trying again.
7. Refund policy
Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted to Apple through Report a Problem or Apple Support. Apple determines refund eligibility and processes approved App Store refunds under its policies. Feline Labs cannot directly issue a refund for a transaction billed by Apple.
For purchases billed directly by Feline Labs through the Plereme website, first subscription payments may be refunded within 7 days if the account has not materially used the service. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins, but Feline Labs may issue a refund when required by law, when duplicate billing occurred, or when Plereme fails to provide the purchased service.
For Spark top-ups billed directly by Feline Labs through the Plereme website, unused top-ups may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Used Sparks and completed assistant runs are generally non-refundable because model and infrastructure costs are incurred when a run executes. Refunded Sparks may be removed from the account balance.
To request a refund for a purchase billed directly by Feline Labs, email [email protected] with the account email, charge date, plan or top-up purchased, and reason for the request.
8. Integrations and autonomous work
Customers control which integrations are connected and which permissions are granted. Plereme may run scheduled jobs and assistant workflows using the customer's configured context, permissions, and budgets. Sensitive external actions should be reviewed before approval when the product asks for confirmation.
9. Customer content and outputs
Customers retain ownership of their input content. Subject to these terms, customers may use outputs generated for their account. Feline Labs may process customer content to provide, secure, debug, bill, and support the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Service changes and availability
Plereme may change features, usage limits, model providers, pricing, or plan contents over time. For paid subscriptions, material pricing changes will apply on a future billing period unless otherwise stated. Feline Labs may pause or limit the service to protect security, reliability, legal compliance, or provider availability.
11. Contact
Billing, refund, and support requests should be sent to [email protected]. Support is handled by email, with normal support review during business days.
