Review or narrow Workspace access
- In the current browser workspace, open Connected apps and select the Google account and assistant you want to review.
- Review the assistant’s Allowed Actions. Each choice applies to that assistant; it does not reduce the broader permission Google granted to the connected account.
- Allow only the actions and account scope you need. If Google permission must change, use the reconnect or removal choices available on your account and review the permission request shown by Google.
Changing an assistant’s Allowed Actions and changing Google account permission are separate. Confirm the current connection state after either change.
Disconnect one assistant
In Connected apps, review the selected account and assistant, then use the available disconnect control. This stops that assistant from using the connection for future work. Review the confirmation and the current result.
Revoke Plereme’s Google authorization
If you need to revoke Google authorization for Plereme, remove it through Google Account’s third-party access controls and confirm the removal there. Then open Plereme’s Connected apps page to check the connection’s current status.
Export or delete Plereme account data
- In the invited browser workspace, open Settings → Privacy.
- Review what an export or deletion will include before choosing the corresponding action.
- Keep the confirmation and check the request’s current status. If completion is uncertain, contact support before sending another request.
An account deletion removes Workspace-derived local copies within its account scope. Content-free tombstones may remain to prevent duplicate actions or record deletion; legally required billing, security or fraud-prevention records may also remain. A tombstone or retained record does not include Workspace message or file content. This describes the product’s deletion rule; it does not confirm that a particular request has finished. See the Privacy Policy for other retention details.
What Plereme does with Workspace data
Plereme uses Workspace data only for a user-selected capability, to secure and operate it, or as required by law. It does not sell Workspace data, use it for advertising, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models with it. Before a Workspace capability sends content to an AI processor, the processor, purpose, and material handling terms must be reviewed and clearly disclosed. A direct model choice does not, on its own, approve sending Workspace content to that service.
Plereme's use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google Workspace User Data and Developer Policy , including its Limited Use requirements. See the complete Privacy Policy for collection, processing, retention, and contact information. Product-control facts reviewed 5 October 2026.
