Contact Feline Labs
Email [email protected] for account, purchase, privacy, or technical help. Support requests are reviewed during business days.
Use Plereme on the web
To open your Plereme workspace, follow the route supplied with your invitation.
- The current browser-support target is desktop Chrome, Edge, or Firefox; Safari on macOS or iOS; and Chrome on Android.
- You can continue with text when speech input or playback is unavailable. If a file preview is unsupported, use the download option offered for that file.
- Start with a question about a source you are authorized to use, then review the result against that source. If a consequential action appears to stall, check its current status before repeating it.
Sign in to the right account
- Follow the sign-in route and account choice supplied with your current access.
- If the wrong account appears, sign out and use the original sign-in choice before creating another account.
- If sign-in still fails, include the time, your access channel, and the message shown on screen in your support request.
Ask about an existing purchase
If you already have an Apple-billed purchase, use the Apple Account and purchase channel for managing or cancelling that purchase. Apple handles refunds for purchases it billed.
This website cannot restore a purchase. If access or billing is uncertain, check the current receipt or entitlement before trying again. Contact support with the purchase date and a redacted receipt if you need help.
Export or delete your data
Use the Privacy controls shown in your currently available Plereme account to review an export or deletion request. Check the displayed scope before confirming.
If you cannot confirm whether a request completed, inspect its current status or contact support before submitting it again.
Troubleshoot Plereme on iPhone
If you have an authorized iPhone build, follow the update and support channel supplied with that build.
- Check the network connection and the iPhone permissions needed for the feature you are using.
- If a microphone, file or share feature is unavailable, review its permission in iPhone Settings before contacting support.
- Keep the exact message and approximate time. For a submitted write or purchase with uncertain status, check the current result or ask support before trying again.
Troubleshoot Plereme on Mac
If you have an authorized Mac build, use its supplied update and support channel.
- Check the network and review the current Plereme account before starting account-specific work.
- If microphone, file or sharing access is unavailable, review the relevant macOS permission.
- For an uncertain send, purchase or other consequential change, inspect its current status or contact support; do not repeat the action based only on a missing response.
Prepare a support request
- Whether you are using iPhone or Mac, plus the device and operating system version.
- The Plereme version and build number shown in the app or TestFlight.
- The steps you took, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- The approximate time and time zone when the problem occurred.
- A screenshot only after removing private content that is not needed to explain the problem.
Keep secrets out of support messages
Never send passwords, sign-in codes, recovery codes, Apple Account credentials, payment details, API keys, access tokens, private keys, or unredacted private content. Feline Labs support does not need these secrets to investigate a problem.
